Lawyers acting on behalf of clients of the Nordic Consulting have initiated legal procedures to seek compensation for investors in Marriott Marbella Beach Club. The Dutch clients are requesting compensation related to a timeshare contract for two floating weeks signed back in 1999. The amount requested by the plaintiffs is €34.500, corresponding to the amount they paid for the illegal contracts.
Our lawyers will fly over from the Canary Islands to Malaga for the court hearing, which is scheduled for the 15th December 2022. The legal entities being sued are MCVI Europe Limited, MVCI Management (Europe) Ltd, MVCI España, S.L. and Kildare Marbella Beach Resort Holding, S.L. – all based in Marbella, Spain. We look forward to reporting on the outcome of this case.
Remember, if you purchased timeshare in Spain between 1999 and 2015 there is a good chance that the contracts are illegal and you could be entitled to have the Spanish courts cancel your contract and award you compensation.
